We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This is a full time position with a weekly schedule of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Take meeting minutes during office meetings and distribute to meeting participants
- Conduct inventory inspections of company equipment, uniforms, and office supplies and reorder new supplies as needed
- Manage the issuance of company equipment and uniforms to personnel
- Maintain logs of all equipment and uniforms signed out to personnel
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Assist Recruiting Coordinator with conducting phone screenings for new interviews
- Manage Ring Doorbell and control access into the office space
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Maintain front office space
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Deliver new company uniforms to tailor for customization as needed (once per month on average)
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Manage and file receipts
- File personnel records
- Prepare new-hire packets for new employees by printing off required forms and compiling them into a packet
- Light cleaning/housekeeping
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
