We’re looking for positive, outgoing and proactive personalities who are up for the challenge of learning something new at any moment. Snagajob Shifts mainly supports the food-service industry, but we also encourage those with military, retail or other customer-service-based experience to apply.
Snagajob Shifts does not guarantee any number of hours or shifts.
We do offer the chance for you to pick up shifts based on your availability.
When you get a shift invite, so do all other workers who have similar availability. The shift goes to the worker who accepts first. You can accept as many shifts as you’d like—up to 40 hours per week.
The simple answer is NO. You’re in control, so you work when you want to.
Snagajob Shifts does deactivate accounts after 90 days of inactivity. We can grant a Leave of Absence on a case-by-case basis (for example, you’re going back to school) by submitting an On Hold Request through the My Activity section on your Profile. You can contact your local Engagement Manager if you have any questions.
You’ll be able to select from a variety of roles including dish washing, food prep, customer service, register support, shelf stocking, event/catering setup and service, and more.
Snagajob Shifts currently supports many locally owned and franchised fast casual/fast food businesses, retailers, and event/catering businesses and is working hard to bring more businesses and opportunities to the mix. We also work with local nonprofits and volunteer groups as a way to give back to the community—but don’t worry workers still get paid, we simply foot the bill.
We work with businesses, giving them a way to request workers when they need them.
Then, we let you know when there’s a shift that matches your availability. Pick up the shifts that work for your schedule.
Shifts are first come, first served, so you make sure you act fast!
It starts when you fill out the application or submit an interest form—remember, the info you share here is what makes the first impression.
After a review, we will send you a link to complete a video interview. (See “So I’ve applied, now what?” under the “Filling Out an Application” section for more details about the interview process).
If you’re hired, you can start your on-boarding process right from your phone or computer. This is when you’ll build your profile, complete the new-hire paperwork, and learn about the Snag Work policies. Due to COVID-19, we will be temporarily checking I-9 documents remotely. You can schedule a virtual appointment by clicking this link. Please note this appointment will be conducted over the phone and not in person.

Yes. Snagajob Shifts participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you’re authorized to work in the U.S.
