Please do not work a shift if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Or if you have any of these symptoms:

  • Sore throat with fever
  • Jaundice (yellow color in white part of the eyes or skin)
  • Diarrhea / vomiting
  • High fever

Please do not work a shift in the food-service industry if you have been diagnosed with the following:

  • Hepatitis A
  • Shigella
  • Salmonella
  • Norovirus

In some instances medical clearance will be required to return to work.
