If your report doesn’t surface a past conviction that Snagajob has concern with, we’ll move forward with your onboarding.

If your report surfaces criminal history that gives us a reason to be concerned, we’ll send you an email with a “Pre-adverse action notice” that will list the conviction(s) that we have deemed relevant to your potential with Snag Work. We’ll ask you to schedule a follow-up meeting with us to talk about it and we’ll evaluate all of the information on an individual, case-by-case basis that’s in line with the law and EEOC guidance.


If we don’t hear from you within 7 days of the “Pre-adverse action notice” email, we will make our hiring determination based on the information currently available to us.
