Assistant Director

Our Assistant Directors are often the first person that we consider for promotion when a Center Director position opens. Therefore, we expect our Assistant Directors to be able to learn everything that a Director does including, but not limited to:

  • Understand and take action on financial information on an operating statement
  • Ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center
  • Conduct tours for prospective parents and enroll new families
  • Execute local marketing to raise interest in our centers
  • Ensure licensing standards are met and assist in the accreditation process for the center

This Montessori location may or may not be hiring at this time. However, we continuously accept applications to ensure that we are able to quickly identify and select the most qualified applicant(s) once a position becomes available. All applications we receive remain active for 6 months, to be considered for all potential opportunities that may arise.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements, including:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a licensed child care facility is preferred
