Manufacturing Operations Leader - Full-time

We are a high growth company that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of baby bedding and nursery décor.

A dynamic Manufacturing Operations Leader is needed for this fast paced company.  Successful candidate must be an experienced professional that will support daily manufacturing operations and productions--must be self-motivated and able to learn and grow.  Competitiveness, high-energy level and a positive attitude will be justly rewarded in this environment.

Production/Operations
--Work closely with production staff to make sure that all orders are being shipped correctly and on time
--Make multiple decisions each day about everything related to inventory, our products, our customers, and our manufacturing process
--Oversee and manage all shipping and receiving activities
--Track and manage all raw goods inventory
--Assist with ordering materials as needed
--Assist with packing and shipping multiple orders each day
--Troubleshoot operations issues and resolve them quickly and professionally
--Ability to perform responsibilities maintaining thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness
--And much more.

Skills Needed
--Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment is a must!
--Excellent computer skills: Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
--Great leadership skills with the ability to think and act quickly.
--Reliable, mature, with a positive outlook.
