Restaurant Manager - High Level - Full-time / Part-time

Outline of tasks:

• Under the supervision of the General Manager, the successful manager will be responsible for running operations in a high-volume quick-casual unit
• Inventory, Ordering & Receiving for FOH & BOH
• Scheduling
• Train / Coach Team Members
• Food prep
• Reporting / budgeting
• Act at first line in assisting guest with questions / concerns, reporting complex issue to General Manager

Applicants should possess:

• 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
• Longevity with previous employers
• Skills in leading, directing, coaching, training, and motivating teams of people
• Enjoys working very early mornings
• Experience in restaurant maintenance procedures, safety & sanitation
• Strong desire to achieve
• Previous exposure to financial reporting and basic to intermediate P&L skills
