We have a very exciting opportunity for an entry level Administrative Assistant to join a Fortune 500 company and an International leader within the Logistics Industry!

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Inputting shipping and tracking information into Excel Spreadsheets
- Communicating within departments to ensure uniformity
- Must have strong Math Skills, will be responsible for entering basic accounting information
- Must have strong MS Office skills (2007 and/or 2010 versions)

In this role, you will be assisting the Director of Operations performing a variety of necessary Administrative tasks in order to help contribute towards the overall productivity and success of the branch.

Hours: 9am-530pm or 8am-430pm Monday-Friday
*** Location: JFK Airport (Jamaica, NY) ***

This positions does require all candidates to be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test

Requirements:

1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Logistics experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency with MS Office (will be assessed during the interview process)
Professional oral and written communication skills
