Way back in the day, a guy named Larry Lavine created a little hole in the wall on Greenville Avenue in Dallas Texas called Chili's Grill and Bar. Our namesake Norman Brinker had pioneered the whole good food, fast service, casual setting" thing and was really diggin' the vibe. Some called it revolutionary. We called it simple, and from then on we've tried not to mess up the formula. Has it worked? Well, thousands of Chili's later, across the United States, and over 30 countries, yeah, we think so. But the secret to our success is more than the spicy food, sassy menus, saucy ChiliHeads, and spiky cocktails. It's also the margaritas, the Baby Back Ribs, the Chocolate Molten, the cool place to watch the game...sorry, got a little proud there. Ultimately, it's the way we treat people &" our Guests AND our own.
