Established in 1981, Smitty's Barbecue & Salad Bar features real open pit barbecue and an interior decorated with one of the widest collections of air force memorabilia you'll see. Smitty's is the locals' choice and tourist's favorite for barbecue in Bay County.

We would love to consider you to be a part of our Smitty’s Barbeque team. We politely ask though, only energetic smiling faces need apply! Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Be on time with a good attitude
• Following all food safety standards
• Preparing food to specific recipes
• Keep all equipment and work areas clean including walls and floors
