Established in 1981, Smitty's Barbecue & Salad Bar features real open pit barbecue and an interior decorated with one of the widest collections of air force memorabilia you'll see. Smitty's is the locals' choice and tourist's favorite for barbecue in Bay County.
We would love to consider you to be a part of our Smitty’s Barbeque team. We politely ask though, only energetic smiling faces need apply! Mostly days but some nights available.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Be on time with a good attitude
- Answering phones
- Greeting and seating guests
- Ringing up takeout and catering orders
- Delivering caterings
- Thanking the guest for dining with us and inviting them back
- Sleeving silverware
- Assisting servers with server duties
- Keep your work area and the dining room clean and orderly
