Manufacturing Associate

Staff Management associates work in a manufacturing environment responsible for IT server assembly, server test, server pack, rack assembly, rack test, rack pack, performance optimized datacenter build, test, and shipment.

Job duties include: Assembling small components to build servers.
Building servers from the mother board up which includes installation of processors, dimms, pca boards, cables, heat sinks, and other high value material.
Must be able to identify and scan all hardware components into the manufacturing shop floor system to ensure proper parts and inventory tracking (Testing will be done to verify hardware knowledge).
Must be familiar with using different computer applications and be able to navigate simple software.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively or for duration of 8 Hour Shift.
Must be able to stand/bend for duration of Hour Shift.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
Minimum 1 year work history.
Relevant work history preferred but is not required.
Relevant education will be considered.
Strong verifiable computer hardware knowledge is preferred.
A high school degree diploma or GED is required.

37.5 - 40 hrs/week, 1st Shift 6:30Am - 3:00 PM, 2nd Shift 2:50PM - 10:50 PM, 3rd Shift 10:40PM-6:40 AM
