Catering Director Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, individual to represent
Chick-fil-A at West County Center in the community. Responsibilities of this sales-oriented position include handling all aspects of catering, including taking orders, delivery, and building sales.
Reliable transportation is required; mileage is reimbursed. Must be responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
The position requires a flexible schedule, as you would be “on call” when catering orders come in. The hours can vary from 20-40 hours, but typically fall around 25-35 hours per week. The hours can be supplemented by working in the restaurant as well.

The Catering and Sales Director is responsible for:
• Developing leads and generating the sale of Chick-fil-A Catering services
• Creating opportunities focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and driving repeat sales
• Developing presentations for clients and devising strategies for generating new business as it relates to ADPs (Additional Distribution Points) and other catering opportunities -pick-up and delivery
• Create community awareness as it relates to catering opportunities
• Create and identify opportunities for catering
• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A’s requirements
