Janitorial Team Lead & Members

Spartan Staffing has an immediate need for temporary-to-hire Janitorial Team Lead  and for Special Project Team Members with a company located in the Troy, MO area. Our customer supplies the world's top manufacturers with critical industrial process and facility support. Employees will be responsible for a variety of duties that include janitorial maintenance of the facility and operation of janitorial machinery. The team lead would need to be available to work any shift.  The Special Project Team shift is a 1st shift 6am-2:30pm and is expected to last 4-6 weeks.

Job Duties:
Janitorial Team Lead- $11.00-$12.00:

-Previous supervisory experience

-Previous janitorial experience

-able to take direction from upper management

-motivate and train team members

-report directly to site manager
 
Special Project Team Member - $9.00:
- On the plant floor cleaning customer equipment; grease, water, dust.
- Must be responsible for safety and the ability to operate machinery

Qualified Candidates Must:
- Have stable prior work history
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on additional duties
- Have experience in a production/manufacturing/industrial environment - preferred
