* Base Pay $9.50 to $10/hr * Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick) * Retirement Plan * Flexible Scheduling * Industry leading mileage reimbursement at $0.50/mile (Company cars provided most days) * Leadership Development Program * Career Advancement OpportunitiesJob Responsibilities Include * Clean, and supervise the cleaning, of all homes assigned to your team each day * Coordinate starting time for team * Liaison between clients and company * Verify all supplies * Check all keys and files against check out sheet and manage keys and files while in your possession, insuring no loss of keys and files * Motivation and management of cleaning team members * Read maps and locate customer homes * Update customer files and/or check out sheets with appropriate and updated information (location of key, animal names, etc Job Requirements:Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day (multiple break and driving periods in day). Availability to work 8 AM to 5 PM M-F. Must pass pre employment drug screening. The ability to pass criminal, civil, and employment background verification required. Reliable vehicle that can be used for transportation during work day if needed. Proof of valid insurance. Positive attitude and customer focus all required.
