Spartan Staffing has an opening for a qualified Construction Supervisor for a location in the greater Des Moines area. Available to work 1st shift Monday – Friday and overtime as necessary. Paying $7.25 per hour with a performance bonus. Specialized in framing management .
Job Description
- Framing 1-2 Story residential properties
- Ordering product
- Managing work crews, and sub contractors
- Report management and worker crew scheduling
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of lead framing experience
- Leadership skills to manage deployment of work crews and sub contractors
- Management of daily production reports, quality inspections, walk through, and product orders.
- Possess communication skills to handle employees, sub contractors and builders.
- Multi tasking of several projects, with a positive get it done mentality.
- Ensures Safety procedures,
- Willing to submit to a drug screen or background check is required
