Staff Management, a leading provider of staffing solutions for fortune 500 clients, has an immediate Client Services Coordinator position available at our client site in downtown Houston, TX. The successful candidate must be very detail-oriented and present excellent communication, client service, and time management skills.

Our Client Services Coordinator will spend the majority of the time interacting with the client and vendors, identifying solutions on how to effectively communicate processes and goals, and how to effectively manage the day-to-day staffing needs for our client.

Great time management and follow up skills with vendors and clients are a must!!

Other duties of the Client Services Coordinator are:

• Assist the Program Manager with daily projects such as reporting and auditing
• Provide immediate front line customer service to management team, suppliers and clients
• Administrate an online tool used to manage our client's contingent labor force
• Be comfortable problem solving technical matters live over the phone
• Provide support and training to vendors and clients on system processes and procedures
• Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking
• Answer any incoming calls and perform some outbound calls to our clients

Requirements

• Experience in staffing and managing client and vendor relations highly desirable
• Candidate must have strong multi-tasking skills and great attention to detail
• Must be comfortable navigating and administrating online software
• Must be experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations
• Excellent follow up and time management skills are a must
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
