About this job

This position is Full to Part time with Staff Management |SMX, and includes a limited benefits package. Hours are very flexible and seasonally fluctuating up to 40 hours plus per week. Depending on your performance and availability, the position has the potential for lasting beyond the peak season based on work volume. As a Coordinator you will be supporting the Centralized Services Manager in the day-to-day operations and workflow by supervising an assigned team of data entry clerks/call center representatives and coordinating job assignments, work schedules, and proprietary database audits as appropriate. Centralized Services supports the field offices by providing customer service and support in whatever function is needed.


Requirements

HS Graduate or GED, Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, web-based applications skills, work nights and weekends when needed, strong customer service skills, typing at least 30-40 wpm, PC skills a plus, team environment experience a plus, fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
