Early Education Teacher

We are an early childcare and learning center located in Bentonville. We are looking to add individuals to our team that have a passion to care for and teach children. For the currently open positions, the right candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Below are several of the job expectations that the right candidates would meet:

*Genuine desire to work with children
*Patient and Understanding when working with others
*Able to train and coach others, such as an assistant teacher in your classroom
*Able to manage his/her own stress under various conditions
*Enthusiastic and Energetic, positive attitude is a must
*Self-motivated and able to work without constant, direct supervision
*Plans ahead with attention to detail and able to create a weekly lesson plan
*Dependable and Reliable, your attendance is crucial to your position
*Ability to provide positive guidance
*Ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults
*Able to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children using a curriculum
*Have more than a basic knowledge of child development

****Previous child care experience is preferred along with formal education, which includes, but is not limited to, a CDA, associates degree or bachelors degree.We require that each team member be willing to participate in at least 24 clock hours of training per year and become CPR and First Aid certified within a few months of hire.
