JOB TITLE: Production

Each Production employee is responsible for packaging, bulk transfer, and blending, screening of resin for distribution.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

•             Follow packaging and/or blending instructions to properly complete a pack out/blend.  Recognize discrepancies with paperwork, silo/packaging board.

•             Update rail/silo boards after material usage

•             Box building and filling

•             Identify contaminations by visual inspections

•             Operate tow motor and safely put material away.

•             Conduct and record material movements

•             Accurately fill out warehouse tally sheets, samples, label requests and row charts

•             Operate rail pumps, blenders, silos and packaging line

•             Load and unload bulk trucks and railcars using the NEUERO

•             Complete all paperwork associated with “bulk” accurately

•             Read, adjust and calculate silo levels using bin master system

•             Make labels using Labelview

•             General cleaning of production work areas. (Thorough cleaning Wed & Fri)

•             Clean and put away stray empty boxes

•             Clean main aisle, rail lines, mezzanine, stairwells

•             Perform minor maintenance

•             Load and unload trucks (packaging supplies) and bulk trucks

•             Month end packaging supplies cycle counting

•             Test blends using lab equipment to confirm blend specifications (when necessary)

•             Maintain a safe working environment

•             Generate and identify Corrective Action and Preventative Action Requests

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

•             Excellent written and verbal communication

•             Detail Oriented and ability to prioritize

•             Legible handwriting

•             Must possess good math skills

•             Able to follow written and verbal directions

•             Good at multitasking

•             High school diploma preferred

•             Previous forklift experience preferred

•             Able to work in environments of elevations up to 100 ft. above ground

•             Able to lift 55 lbs. repetitively

 

Compensation and Hours: Pay is $11 per hour and the shift is from 2-10pm
