Mincer's University of Virginia Imprinted Sportswear, a third generation family-owned business, is seeking a Store Manager. Mincer's has been serving the University and Charlottesville communities since 1948. Ideal applicants should be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills to fill this active, on-the-floor position. Primary duties include supervising the merchandising and restocking of our broad line of UVA apparel and gifts. Candidates should have a four year college degree and a minimum of two years retail experience. Hourly wage begins at $12 for the eight week training period and increases to $40,000 annually thereafter. Weekly schedule varies between 48 and 56 hours per week.
