Currently seeking a Receptionist for a growing financial consulting firm in Jericho. We are always seeking to recruit and retain qualified professionals in order to better serve our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greet customers and patients as they enter the building as well as over the telephone
-Handle all incoming phone calls and direct to other departments as needed
-General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, copying, scanning and mail distribution
-Ability to handle and operate a multi-line switchboard with accuracy
-Data entry into the company's software program
-Handle all incoming data via email, faxes, and mail

Requirements:
-Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
-1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or Admin role
-Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Candidate must be professional and have a friendly demeanor and presentation
-Excellent typing and data entry skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
