Primary Purpose of Position:

To provide exemplary customer service to members and co-workers.  Front Line employees have a tremendous impact on guests and the overall success, cleanliness and appearance of the Seattle Athletic Club

Front Line Job Descriptions

• Exhibits an attitude of high standards and customer service to members, guests, vendors and fellow employees.
• Provides a gracious and welcoming experience to members and guests of the club when they check in, use and leave the club.
• Must have a cooperative attitude when working with members and employees of the club.
• Must be considerate, patient and willing to assist members and guests and co-workers at all times.
• Must project a good self-image as well as an appropriate representation of the club at all times
• Must be able to communicate up-to-date, well-informed and precise knowledge of the policies, procedures, events, activities, information, security and personnel.
• Must recognize when a sense of urgency is needed and handle emergencies when brought to their attention.
• Maintain club cleanliness based of health codes and club service standards.
• Accurate cash handling and bank reconciliation
• Complete knowledge of computer POS including keyboard skills.

• Entry level and experienced positions include customer service, housekeeping, café/barista or childcare.
