Position Title

• Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls 60 plus per day, and take 20 plus inbound calls per day.
• Make appropriate follow up calls per day with high hours of TALK TIME!
• Achieve daily goals and quotas.
• Meet goals for sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Sell on a short selling cycle to reach goals.
• Ensure all information is entered in accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and deal with customer complaints or issues as needed, escalating to managers as needed.
• Telemarketing on lead list when needed

Minimum Requirements

• 1 plus years of sales experience
• Bachelor Degree preferred not required, work experience and a proven go-getter will be an equal substitute
• Exceptional verbal communication.
• Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
• Strong record of consistent attendance.
• Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
• Life and Health License for the state of Ohio is a plus.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, if not must be able to get licensed in 30-60 days

Typical Day

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation

• $18,000-24,500 base plus sales commission
• Average performers will make $30,000-40,000
• Top performers averaging over $50,000
• Good flexibility on schedule when needed
• Annual bonus based on office achievements (0-10,000)

Training

• Training will be on the job with another licensed producer and a few days in our Hudson facility. Training will be on-going throughout the assignment
