Babylon Sitter

We are looking for a dependable, mature, flexible, caregiver for our three children: newborn, 2, and 4. We currently have a sitter who is moving and we are looking to have someone sporadically in the spring/summer and start regularly 3-4 days per week in the fall. Usually M, W, Th and sporadic Fridays. My husband is a teacher so we typically do not require care in the summer/holidays. Days tend to match school calendar. Hours are approximately 8:30-4:30. Pay is usually a daily rate to keep things simple. The oldest will be at kindergarten/school all day and just needs to be taken off bus (so most of care is for two kids). You must be comfortable with an infant. I need someone with car who will be able to do drop offs/pickups for middle child activities. I have a cat and a dog (both loving) and prefer a nonsmoker however for the right person will consider having kids go to their house. I am hoping to find the right person to provide safe, loving care for our kids and establish a lasting relationship. any interest
