Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN oversees all aspects of care for clients at the NRC. Performs routine nursing procedures as directed. Reports any variances in standards of care to the Nursing Manager and/or the Residential Program Manager. This position is for the Midnight shift.
Core Qualifications:
Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse
Leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Ability and willingness to set priorities
Ability to work as part on an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member
Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Acceptable under the State of Michigan Good Moral Character Statute
Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Additional Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred
