Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) are responsible for leading all aspects of a $600,000 to $1,000,000 retail restaurant business. The responsibilities include:
- Total operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant
- Achieving one hundred percent (100%) customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring food quality and friendly service
- Driving Profit & Loss improvements (i.e., plan attainment) by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensuring that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action; motivating, training and developing the restaurant team
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company standards
- Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
Assistant Managers (ARGMs) are expected to support the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of a $600,000 to $1,000,000 retail restaurant business. As Assistant Managers, their responsibilities are similar to the RGM to help meet the restaurant and corporate goals.

Qualifications
- Three to five (3-5) years of general business leadership experience
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
