Company located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift position. DIRECT HIRE
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in the following:
- Inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining food processing and packaging machinery in a 24-hour/ 7 days per week food production environment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing 110/230/460 volt electrical equipment including motors, starters, timers, and conduit and wire.
- Set-up, troubleshooting, and repair of high speed wrapping, check-weighing, cartoning, case packing, UPC bar coding, boxers, erectors and conveyor equipment.
- Working with refrigeration and freezers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
- This is a Monday through Friday position with alternating weekends.
