Floor Tech

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Floor Tech.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Floor Tech (Cleveland)

There will be open interviews at our office on Monday 6/3 from 10am-3pm.

REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience with buffing machine equipment. Must be reliable and have a professional attitude. All candidates must be able to pass a drug and background screening.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for, mopping, stripping, buffing and refinishing of floor surfaces. Follows and adheres to all hospital and departmental safety requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Professional, pleasant, customer service disposition is necessary.
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

Physical/Visual/Mental Requirements
Frequently lifts 30 lb. Requirements:
Move objects from one level to another and move furniture from one room to another.
 
Hard Surface Floor Care:
• Strip old finish from hard surface floors, clean corners and edges of any buildup of dirt and old finish.
• Light scrubbing of hard surface and apply fresh floor finish
• Buffing or burnishing of hard surface floors

Carpeted Floor Care:
• Using extraction cleaning method to deep clean carpeted floor
• Using bonnet pad method to top clean traffic areas of carpet floors.
