Stock Leader

Currently we are looking for a Stock Leader Candidate to join our Retail Operations department. We have openings in our Spanish Fort, AL store.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Stock Leader acts in a leadership role within the store and is responsible for the store logistics. The Stock Leader’s primary responsibilities are efficiently and productively receiving trucks and merchandising all products to schematics, visual direction and store standards and maintaining a safe and organized stockroom and sales floor. In addition, within this store, the Stock Leader will also assume responsibility of managing the Furniture Department. This will include driving sales in the Furniture Department, by providing excellent customer service while maintaining visual standards and in-stock position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ Years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in logistics, OSHA and ADA compliance, inventory control, loss prevention, and merchandising responsibilities are preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a variety of hours, early mornings and weekends.
