OVERVIEW
- You will be supporting and selling a suite of outdoor equipment parts to existing Clients that originate from inbound calls
- These services are provided by an 80 Year Old, Multi-Billion Dollar Company that is the World Leader in Outdoor Equipment.
- Top of the line office space and employee friendly work environment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Inbound Customer Service Calls
- Take Inbound Calls from Customers that are in need of basic support, parts or need to be forwarded to technical support.
- Record Customer information in CRM along with order processing for new parts.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday with the availability between 8am-8pm, occasional Saturday shift from 9-5pm.
TRAINING:
- One Week Formal Class Room Training
