We are currently hiring for an experienced Certified Pool Operator (CPO)/Service Manager in Monroe GA. Outstanding opportunity – temp to per position!
Job Description: Individual will be responsible for managing a pool service store.
Job Requirements:
- Must have prior management experience.
- Responsible for supervising 4-5 employees
- Ability to repair pools and pool liners.
- Must have computer experience to learn new system – ability to provide quotes to customers
- Ability to manage store’s P&L
- CPO License highly preferred
- Be safety conscientious – wear safety gear as required
- Must have reliable transportation and clean DMV to drive company vehicle
Ideal Candidates:
- Excellent attendance
- Must be willing to submit to background and drug screen
Pay Rate: Starts at $15/hour with increase once hired permanently
Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri with some occasional weekend work - 7:30am –5:30pm
