About this job
Looking for Shift Leaders with daytime availability on weekdays and some day or night shifts on weekend. Must be able to represent Ben Jerry's well in the Scoop Shop as well as off site at catering events. We only hire A+++ personalities.
Typical Shift Leaders earn between $9 - 10. Pay is a combination of hourly wages, cash tips, hourly tips, special catering incentives and monthly incentives. Shift Leaders earn $7.50/hour plus tips and bonus gratuities for every catering event.
Shift Leaders also earn free ice cream gift certificates given for every shift worked so you can also treat your friends and family or for yourself. These stack up and can be combined. Most Shift Leaders are earning another $30 per pay period just in gift certificates that they can use for themselves or to treat friends and family. Exceptional employees can also earn spot awards of $25.
Tasting ice cream is a requirement (for quality control purposes of course).
