About us:Jesse's Lawn Care (under Engelkins Inc.) is a growing small family business. We perform many types of lawn and landscape maintenance. We are still growing by leaps and bounds and looking for energetic leaders and crew members.
Qualifications: Some professional commercial lawn care experience or at minimum, an understanding of the field is necessary. Training is provided and to be expected. Basic mechanical and engine maintenance and advanced knowledge and repair is a plus. You must be able to lift 50lbs or greater and be physically capable of performing all maintenance activities described above.
Pay: Pay starts at $12/hr and opportunity for promotions and raises are extremely likely. If you are confident in your abilities and can prove professional experience, raises are immediate. A crew leader can make upwards of $12-$16/hr. Future benefits, perks, and advancement are expected as the company grows.
As a note, we hire based on attitude, not experience. We are more than happy to fully train a team member with no experience and a great attitude and work ethic.
