Customer service advisors have direct contact with our customers. They are trained to recognize and advise customers about the appearance needs of their vehicles. Their attitude, appearance and demeanor are very important to be successful in this position.
Applicants should like cars. Enjoy working with an upscale clientel that care about their vehicles appearance.
Other duties include being a team member to help wash and dry vehicles, help detail personnel and manager in cleaning and housekeeping chores around the facility. Everyone pitches in to keep facility running smoothly. Team play is important to us.
Customer Service Advisor is a learned position. Sales training is provided however on-line experience at all the car wash positions is needed to progress to CSR position. Most of the training is on the job with some class room time.
Csr's enjoy $9 - $10 hourly wage as well as a generous commission plan and tips. Earning potential of up to $15 - $17 per hour.
