Job Title: SPA Manager/ Murad Ambassador

Location:   Mountain View

Reports to: SPA Director

General Description:

The SPA Manager/ Murad Ambassador is proficient in Massage Envy business model & Murad products. Accountable for membership & product sales, merchandising, and promotional support.  Accountable for Productivity Expectations in terms of sales goals and new customer acquisition.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Knowledgeable in Massage Envy Business model & service offerings that include Massage & Murad signature facials
  • Proficient in Murad product features and benefits
  • Understands and executes the Murad promotional calendar with sales personnel
  • Point of reference for all sales personnel. Lead & Sell by example
  • Understanding consumer requests and needs
  • Promoting Skin Scanner consultations, and ensure process is followed
  • Comfortable to make product recommendations based on customer concerns
  • Merchandises retail shelves, manage inventory & creates promotional stories, according to Merchandising guidelines
  • Plans and executes special events. Host briefing and debriefing sessions with Sales team
  • Must be flexible, attend and support Special Events when required.
  • Attend Massage Envy & Murad Education training
  • Communicate with relevant Massage Envy & Murad personnel in sales & education
  • Develop a game plan to recoup and sales shortfall and stat on track towards Murad sales targets
  • Ensure Client History management process is effectively implemented with the Esthetician team
  • Help management in recruiting, training & managing sales staff to the team

Education Requirements:

  • 2 years college or Bachelor ‘s degree preferred
  • Esthetic License preferred

Compensation:

  • Base pay (hourly) based on experience plus Commission & Bonus based on goals.
