Maintenance Mechanic
Job Summary
Qualified individuals will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, cleaning and assisting other trade mechanic in their duties. Individuals must have the following:
*Basic knowledge of skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work
*Ability to move and work throughout hotel for duration of shift
*Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling
*Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment
*Skill in the use of a variety of skilled trade tools, hand and electric
