Chelas Mexican Grill is hiring for full and part time customer service personnel. Do you enjoy working in a team environment? Are you a "people person" who enjoys the satisfaction of making a happy customer?
We are looking for people who excel in working with others and enjoy interacting with customers. As a customer service specialist you are the face of the business, you'll have many responsibilities, but the most important is ensuring customer satisfaction.
Summary of Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Taking customer orders
- Following up with customers to make sure they are satisfied
- Answering phone calls, taking phone orders
- Ensuring orders are accurate and delivering orders to customers
- Packaging to go orders
- Balancing and close out of your cash drawer
- Restocking supplies and prepping for our busy times
- Following the cleaning procedures
