Job Description:
Spherion in partnership with Scotts Company located in Orrville is looking for forklift drivers for 1st (5:00am-3:30pm) and 2nd (3:30pm-2:00am) shifts. This is a long term seasonal position paying $10.00 on 1st shift, and $10.45 on 2nd shift.
Shifts run Monday- Friday with weekend overtime during the peak season.
Applicants will be working in one of the 3 buildings on our campus, and may include manufacturing, distribution and or packaging areas.
Operators are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets, organizing and organizing the warehouse.
Applicants will be responsible for a pre-trip daily and basic inspection of machinery.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have 3-5 years’ experience in operating a forklift.
Position requires applicants to have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
As a part of the interview process applicants will be required to take a written and skills test to show their knowledge and ability
