Prep Cook - Full-time / Part-time

Montana Mike’s is a full-service steakhouse concept specializing in big appetites and great value. Our steaks are naturally aged, USDA steaks, hand-cut at the restaurant and grilled to your liking. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mountain lodge and our service is first class. All Montana Mike’s offer beer and wine with most locations having a full bar.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, and recipe policies and procedures
• Proper understanding of all measurements
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
• Fills out product labels and adheres to all products
• Prepares specific amounts of product according to the daily prep sheets

Preferred experience/skills

• The ability to read and follow a recipe
• Attention to detail a must
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Speed and efficiency are a must
