The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

• Maintaining any and all mechanical equipment
• Maintaining all the mechanical components of the production system, thereby, ensuring the system remains operational and functioning at the optimum level
• Identifying all spare parts, especially critical spare parts
• Performing the required preventive maintenance activities for all mechanical components of the entire production system
• Being fully capable of operating all equipment (installed and mobile) within the plant
• Ensuring that all personnel are working in a safe manner including the wearing of appropriate safety apparel and devices

Education: High School Graduate

Experience Required:

• Strong Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude
• Very strong troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge and Promotion of OSHA Safety Standards
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and conveyor equipment and functions
• Working knowledge of PLC controlled manufacturing operations
• Experience in forklift maintenance
• Proficient communicating in Microsoft Office

• Must look for ways to constantly improve processes
• Proficient communicating in Microsoft Office

• Remaining flexible to changing work and shift assignments
• Willing to help others achieve Company goals
• Must be a good communicator with all personnel, independent of reporting relationships.
