We are currently hiring experienced Production Associates in the Columbus, IN area for Aisin, a major automotive parts manufacturer!  Aisin produces components and systems such as door frames, latching systems and seating for leaders the automotive industry.  This is your opportunity to work for a world class company.

Job Description/Duties:
- Press operation
- Components (automated welding)
- Assembly of parts
- Shipping and Receiving
- Molding (machine operation to trim parts)
- Inspection
 

Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 to 80lbs throughout shift and stand entire time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (overtime and weekends) and any shift 1st, 2nd or 3rd

Ideal Candidates
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Ability to deal with constantly changing details
- Committed to safety and quality
- Exceptional attendance
