Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment for them.
• Handle employee issues, customer complaints/disturbances.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Aid in the ordering process.
• Deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Perform additional responsibilities, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant or customer service experience required.
• Ipad proficient.
• Passion for the restaurant business.
• Strong communication and memorization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Present a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Be able to work long shifts while standing.
