Welding Maintenance Technician (Carol Steam, IL)
Description:
Candidate will troubleshoot and repair automated welding equipment during production
Will be responsible for preventative maintenance in their designated area
Must be willing to train other Team Members and attend training provided by FIC
Requirements:
Experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits 24v, 115v, 200v, 480v
Experience with Mitsubishi or other PLC brand troubleshooting experience is required.
Experience with Motoman & Panasonic welding /material handling robots is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Knowledge of Industrial Electrical and Mechanical equipment
Knowledge of Control Circuits
Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics
Welding experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Must e a good communicator, have an enthusiastic attitude and possess basic-intermediate computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
