Our Assistant Store Management positions are responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through a highly committed, customer-focused store team. We want to give our customers "the gift of time," while assisting them in a fast, friendly, and courteous manner while visiting our stores. This is done through hiring the right team members, thoroughly training and actively leading them. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily store operations to include store profitability, expense and shrink control.

What qualifications are we looking for?

  • Team Lead or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Some College or Associate Degree preferred.
  • Convenience store experience is a plus.
