  • Responsible for growing key product areas as defined by management on an annual basis.
  • Handles customer needs and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Consult with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
  • Responsible for conducting at least 15 calls per day.
  • Interface with referral sources including equipment and services.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships.
  • Responsible for understanding contracts, guidelines, and criteria for use of Apria's products.
  • Promotes company products and services in a professional and creative manner.
  • Assist in the delivery of products.
  • Responsible for meeting branch revenue budget by servicing and growing existing business.
  • Expected to work with all branch personnel to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Expected to meet minimum call standard through individual contacts, group in services and trade show attendance.
  • Educates physicians, hospital personnel, home health agencies and other traditional referral sources on contracted partners' policies and procedures.
  • Develops and executes plans to grow business in territory assigned. Plans must include accurate total business projections, goals, specific strategies and pertinent account information.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records on prospective and active accounts.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


Qualifications



  • Education equivalent to a four year BA/BS college degree is preferred.
  • Requires 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of sales experience with Apria Healthcare.
