GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Team Member is responsible for serving our customers Primo Quesadilla Meals. They've got to deliver The Goods. The Goods is our mission; good people, good food, and good times while working hard and keepin' it clean. This means working with a sense of purpose and sense of urgency. She/he needs to be calm under pressure and absolutely love exceeding customer expectations for service. Every Team Member plays a part in keeping the restaurant clean, and should play an active role in our enthusiastic culture.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares Food Ensures consistency. Prepares our product to the training specifications and ensures the food and drinks meet our high quality standards every time.
2. Welcomes Customers Welcomes all customers with enthusiasm while being sincere and not too over the top. Treats everyone equally and exceeds customer expectations on every visit. Educates customers on our products (when needed) and displays the perfect uniform for our customers.
3. Processes Customers Orders Works the point of sale system and accurately records all orders so there is little error when it gets to the kitchen.
4. Cleanliness Works diligently to keep the entire restaurant clean. Always cleans as he/she goes and follows proper procedures for chemical use. Participates in the Restaurant Image program set forth by the General Manager.
5. Safety Follows the guidelines outlined in the Team Member Handbook for safety and security. Alerts manager on duty immediately of any customer or team safety issues.
6. Attendance Policy Comes to work on time and when unable to come to work, adheres to the attendance policy outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
