Wingstop is not fast food; our wings are made with care and served up piping hot. Every order is made fresh when you order it; nothing sits under a heat lamp. In addition to hot fresh wings our sides are homemade. Fresh Cut Seasoned Fries are cut daily in every restaurant from Idaho Potatoes. If you haven’t tried any of our sides you are missing out!
Customer Service
As a Customer Service employee at WingStop, an individual will have to greet the customer in a friendly matter immediately upon arrival. You will be required to help customers with there menu choices and take orders to the kitchen staff. He/she will have to be quick and efficient in communicating with crew members and kitchen staff to make sure the guests get their orders on time. A Customer Service employee will have to balance their cash drawers, listen and help solve customer queries. The individual has to be an ideal team player as this is a very fast paced and strenuous job. Cross training in other positions may occur. The job duties would then involve cooking, cleaning, as will as helping customers.
