The Doorman is critical in the FOH of the restaurant. The Doorman is responsible for maintaining crowed control at the front door. They are responsible for making sure the Buffalo Wild Wings dress code is being maintained throughout the day. Also they are responsible for ID checks and maintaining the standard of operations on alcohol service. Also they are responsible for making sure employees make it to their vehicle in a safe manner.

OPERATIONS

  • Sets the tone of the front entrance. All dress codes must be strictly enforced!
  • Maintains crowed control at the front entrance.
  • Has an eye on guest inside the store. If any concerns come to light they let the MOD know immediately.  
  • Maintains the standard of NO one under 21 on the bar floor after 8 pm.
  • Responsible for ID checks in the store to maintain our standard on alcohol service.
  • Responsible for walking all employees to their car in a safe manner.
  • Is in charge of the safety of guest as well as team members.
  • Is in charge if reporting any guest incident directly to management and police.
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency responding to any situation that occurs.

   Supports and assists team members with any confrontations.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the customer.
  • Speaks, reads, writes and understands the primary language of the work location.

  • Prioritizes responsibilities and achieves results through multi tasking

  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
