We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Technical Support Supervisor in Mayaguez Puerto Rico. Outstanding opportunity -- direct hire position! Company willing to consider relocation for qualified candidate. 

Job Description: Individual will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of PLC and electro mechanical equipment. 

Pay Rate: $38,000-$50,000/year based on experience 
Shift/Hours: Day shift -- minimum 40 hours per week! 

Job Requirements:
• Monitors maintenance for management system
• Previous experience in similar position
• Proven knowledge in PLC and electro mechanic
• Fully Bilingual -- Must speak fluent English
• Leading the team of technicians for different activities related to technical maintenance of the production facility
• Strong knowledge about technical aspects of the manufacturing procedures
• Management and leadership skills
• Must have a sharp eye for detail
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Great listening skills, excellent verbal and writing communications skills
• Computer literate
• Planning installations and repair works
